There's a major weight loss misconception out there. Most people seem to think that it is a heavier or an obese person that is concerned about his or her weight. This isn't true at all! Pretty much all of us are worried about or weight (at least some of the time). This is partly because we have a lot of influences trying to convince us that toothpick thin is the only way to be.
