In terms of getting into better shape, people get very resourceful when they seek to come up with arguments to avoid it. The fact is that, while we are still getting in shape, doing exercises isn't fun; it really is hard work. Forcing our bodies to get fit and healthy under no circumstances feels good, despite having the rushes of endorphins.
