Your Questions About What Is Customized

Ruth asks…I need a weightlifting/ cardio program that is customized to my needs?I am a 5'10" , 175lbs healthy 24 year old male, looking to get more tone and build muscle mass, Looking for Help on a customized program. Looking for a program/routine that will tell me what areas to work each day. I am hoping to get to 180 lbs and eventually get somewhat of a tree trunk physique.
